Who it is for

Ice bath and contrast therapy bookings on Shopify

Three baths, short sessions, a sauna beside them that everyone shares. Repose counts the baths and the room separately, and sells a pass for each or one for both.

Repose is in review for the Shopify App Store. Until it is listed, we install it with you.

Why a class app gets it wrong

Cold plunge is short and scarce: a bath might turn over every twenty minutes, and there are only a few of them. The sauna next to it is longer and roomier. A single timetable cannot describe both, and a customer who wants a contrast circuit wants the two to line up.

In Repose each is its own resource with its own length, gap and places, and both can share the room's limit so the floor is never overfull. Passes can be one kind for everything or a kind per resource.

What you would sell

Each one is an ordinary Shopify product, set up from the Repose card on its product page or from New offer in the app, and paid through your own checkout.

  • A contrast pack whose credits work on either resource.
  • An ice-bath-only pack with its own credit kind, if you price it separately.
  • A membership that covers the sauna and leaves baths to credits, or covers both.
  • An intro offer limited to the first fifty customers, with the standard offer going on sale when it closes.

Questions from venues like this

Can a customer book a sauna and an ice bath back to back in one go?

They book each on the block, one after the other. Each booking checks its own places and the shared limit.

Can we cap how many baths a member takes a week?

Set Bookings a week on the membership product. Past it, a spare credit books a paid visit and the confirmation says so.

What Repose does not do yet

  • Remind customers before a session. The only emails are a booking confirmation and a cancellation notice, which you can turn off.
  • Schedule instructors or classes with rosters.
  • A member mobile app or a check-in device at the door.
  • Marketing automation such as win-back email or SMS.
