Two plans, billed through Shopify on your normal invoice. No card to enter, no trial to run out: the first 100 bookings every cycle are the trial.

Pay as you go

The default. Nothing to choose.

USD 0.09 per booking after the first 100

Pro

For a busy venue or a multi-site operator.

USD 129 a month

  • Unlimited bookings.
  • Up to 3 locations included, then USD 29 a month per additional location.
  • Priority support.
  • Worth it from roughly 1,500 bookings a month, about fifty a day.

What counts as a booking

A booking a customer makes themselves that becomes confirmed. That is all.

Counted
A customer taking a time with a credit, under a membership, or by holding a time and paying for it. Each one counts once, when it is confirmed.
Not counted
Bookings your staff make at the desk. Cancellations. Times held while somebody decides. Anything that never became a confirmed booking.
If you reach your cap
Customers keep booking. Repose never refuses a customer over billing. The bookings above the cap are queued and charged when the next cycle opens, the app tells you on its banner that the cap was reached, and you can raise it whenever you like.
Bookings we could not charge for
A booking that could not be charged during its own cycle is charged in a later one, and the app shows you the running count. A charge that is more than 60 days old is written off rather than posted late. So is any pay-as-you-go backlog at the moment you move to Pro, and anything outstanding when you uninstall.
Leaving
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Shopify ends the subscription, and Repose deletes everything it holds for your store 48 hours later, as the privacy policy describes.

Questions about pricing

Do I need a Shopify plan that supports subscriptions?

Only if you sell memberships. Memberships use Shopify's own subscription plans, created by the free Shopify Subscriptions app or any subscriptions app you already have. Visits, packs and gift cards need nothing extra.

Is there a card fee on top?

No. Customers pay through your Shopify checkout at your Shopify rates. Repose takes nothing from the order and never sees card details.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, from the Plan page in the app. Moving to Pro forgives any pay-as-you-go bookings not yet charged.

What currency are the charges in?

US dollars, through Shopify's billing. Shopify shows them on your invoice in the currency it bills you in.
