Who it is for

Cryotherapy bookings on Shopify

Three minutes in the chamber, a few minutes to change, next person. Repose books a chamber or a chair back to back on a tight grid, and sells the sessions through your Shopify checkout without an instructor or a roster.

Repose is in review for the Shopify App Store. Until it is listed, we install it with you.

Why a class app gets it wrong

Cryo sessions are short and singular. A chamber takes one person for a few minutes, a compression chair takes one person for half an hour, and neither needs a class or a practitioner on the booking. What matters is a tight grid and a clean turnaround.

In Repose each piece of equipment is a resource with its own length, gap and places. A chamber with a 5-minute session and a 5-minute gap can offer starts every ten minutes all day.

What you would sell

Each one is an ordinary Shopify product, set up from the Repose card on its product page or from New offer in the app, and paid through your own checkout.

  • Single sessions and packs for each piece of equipment, with a credit kind per equipment type if the prices differ.
  • A membership covering some equipment and not the rest.
  • An intro offer at a low price, one per customer, enforced at checkout.

Questions from venues like this

We need a staff member present for every session. Does Repose schedule them?

No. Repose books the equipment, not the person. If your roster limits how many sessions can run at once, set the places or the venue limit to match the staff you have.

Can a customer be screened before their first session?

The waiver is shown once before a customer's first booking and recorded with the exact wording they saw. Anything beyond a tick happens at the desk.

What Repose does not do yet

  • Remind customers before a session. The only emails are a booking confirmation and a cancellation notice, which you can turn off.
  • Schedule instructors or classes with rosters.
  • A member mobile app or a check-in device at the door.
  • Marketing automation such as win-back email or SMS.
